Another form prototyping that I have used extensively is foam prototyping. These are examples of architectural foam columns.

Although not technically 3D printing, these pieces were machined with a 0.003" tool on the FROGMill to demonstrate the fine capability of the machine, despite its large frame. The pieces were created using ArtCAM.

Modeled in ZBrush and SolidWorks, this is a personal favorite character.

This complex piece was modeled in SolidWorks as a prototype for a holiday decoration for a client.
